Instagram Ads / Tai Chi Walking

Ever notice the Tai Chi videos Instagram keeps showing you?
Half the time they’re waving their hands all over the place… then asking you to join the app
And you’re thinking: “Wait… is this Tai Chi… or Qi Gong?”
Here’s the truth 👇Tai Chi is Tai Chi walking.
At its core, Tai Chi is about moving with awareness, shifting weight, coordinating breath, and staying present through every step. That “slow, mindful walking” you keep seeing? That’s not random — it’s the foundation.
Now… some of those ads? Let’s just say they lean a little more Qi Gong vibes than full Tai Chi form and definitely there isn't much or if any tai chi walking.
Those ads tend to skip that deeper layer and present it as “move with crazy arms and that this is Tai Chi walking.”But in reality, that isn't even tai chi walking but a Qi Gong looking form that has little to do with tai chi or tai chi walking.
Tai Chi has a very specific structure behind it. Every step, every shift of weight, every movement of the arms is connected and intentional. There’s a method to how the body aligns, how balance is maintained, and how power and control are developed over time.
But here’s something in those ads I can agree with and that tai chi is a gentle aerobic exercise.
Over time, it can help with:
✔️ Improving cardiovascular health
✔️ Increasing daily movement without stressing your joints
✔️ Supporting gradual, sustainable weight loss
It’s not about burning out… it’s about building consistency. And that’s where real change happens.
The good news?
We teach both:
✔️ Real Tai Chi walking
✔️ Full Tai Chi form & flow
✔️ Qi Gong for breath, energy, and relaxation
So instead of just watching it on Instagram…Come feel what it’s actually like in your body.
Because once it clicks — walking will never feel the same again.
Slow down. Move better. Breathe deeper.
