Tai Chi

Tai Chi & The Art of Moving In Harmony

Tai Chi is more than slow movement. It is the art of learning how to move with balance, awareness, and inner peace. Rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy and healing traditions, Tai Chi (Taijiquan) teaches the harmony of yin and yang including softness and strength, stillness and motion, breath and intention. Through flowing, mindful movements, it helps reconnect your body and mind so you can move with ease both in practice and in everyday life.

The 108 form I teach is a refined system designed to promote health, vitality, and longevity. Each sequence stretches and strengthens the body, decompresses the spine, and opens the joints to allow natural energy (Qi) to circulate freely. It blends the principles of Tai Chi and Qigong, creating a holistic practice that nourishes the entire being.

Unlike many fitness routines, Tai Chi is gentle yet deeply transformative. It builds balance, stability, and coordination while calming the nervous system and quieting the mind. Practitioners often notice improved posture, reduced tension, better breathing, and a sense of grounded clarity.

At its core, Tai Chi is meditation in motion. Its a moving art that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel every part of yourself moving as one. Whether you are seeking to ease back pain, improve flexibility, enhance focus, or simply find calm in the chaos of daily life, Tai Chi offers a path to reconnect with your natural rhythm and restore harmony from the inside out.

This is not just exercise—it’s embodied healing.

Qi Gong

 5 Elements Qi Gong

Balance Your Body, Emotions & Energy

5 Elements Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It connects movement, breath, and intention to the Five Elements Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, which correspond to different organs, emotions, and energetic rhythms in the body.

This powerful system helps you cultivate internal energy (Qi), release emotional blockages, and harmonize your body's natural flow.

What Are the Five Elements in Qi Gong?

Each element represents specific organ systems, emotions, and healing movements:

Wood – Liver & Gallbladder | Emotion: Anger | Movement: Expansive & flowing

Fire – Heart & Small Intestine | Emotion: Joy | Movement: Expressive & uplifting

Earth – Spleen & Stomach | Emotion: Worry | Movement: Grounding & centering

Metal – Lungs & Large Intestine | Emotion: Grief | Movement: Opening & letting go

Water – Kidneys & Bladder | Emotion: Fear | Movement: Deep & fluid
