Qi Gong & Tai Chi

For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching Tai Chi across Canada, guiding people through the art of slow, intentional movement that builds strength, balance, and inner stillness. My journey began with a deep curiosity about the body’s natural intelligence and the harmony between movement and breath. As I traveled and taught nationally, Tai Chi became more than just a practice it became a way of life, a philosophy of listening inward and moving with purpose. In the past four years, my path has deepened through dedicated study and practice in Qi Gong, where I’ve explored the more internal, energetic dimensions of healing and vitality. Qi Gong has allowed me to refine my understanding of how breath, intention, and subtle movement can unlock profound shifts in both body and mind. Together, these traditions form the heart of my movement practice—rooted in ancient wisdom, yet always evolving to meet the individual needs of those I work with.

Treatment Philosophy

In my work, I don’t see a patient as a problem to fix—I see a whole person with a story, a body with wisdom, and a nervous system that longs to feel safe and supported. My approach is guided by the belief that healing happens when we meet someone where they are, without force, and help them reconnect to their own natural rhythm. Through grounded touch, presence, and attention to detail I believe the change in the physiology and restoring structure will come naturally. When I work with someone, whether through osteopathic techniques or mindful movement, my goal isn’t to impose, but to listen deeply and to support what the body is already trying to do which is heal on its own. This practice is a partnership, and I’m here to walk beside you as you rediscover your own balance, strength, and flow.
